Oslo, 24 April 2017: Scatec Solar ASA (‘SSO’) held its annual general meeting on 24 April at 10:00 (CET). A total of 53,221,692 shares, representing 51.57 % of the share capital was represented at the general meeting.
The general meeting resolved the board’s proposal of a dividend of NOK 0.71 per share. The dividend shall accrue to the company’s shareholders as they appear in the company’s shareholder register in the VPS on 26 April 2017, being the Company’s shareholders at the date of the general meeting based on regular T+2 settlement. The company’s shares will trade on Oslo Stock Exchange exclusive the right to receive dividend as from 25 April 2017. The dividend is expected to be paid on or about 15 June 2017.
All proposals were resolved as presented in the notice convening the general meeting distributed on 31 March 2017, and in the recommendation of the nomination committee distributed on 7 April 2017, and as further set out in the minutes from the general meeting attached hereto.
