Scatec Solar is one of the co-hosts when the annual Nordic-African Business Summit goes virtual on 8 October. Guests from across the continent will take part when we discuss how we best can reconnect, re-engage and recalibrate.
The Nordic-African Business Webcast is organised by the Norwegian-African Business Association (NABA) in partnership with Scatec Solar, the Africa Finance Corporation and the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. African business meets Nordic counterparts in what will be this year’s most useful digital platform to reconnect and re-engage with the continent.
CEO, Raymond Carlsen will take part in the opening session together with African Union Commissioner for Energy and Infrastructure H.E. Amani Abou-Zeid, Norwegian Minister of Foreign Affairs Ms. Ine Eriksen Søreide and CEO of the Africa Finance Corporation, Mr. Samaila Zubairu.

The Nordic-African Business Summit has been hosted for nine consecutive years in Oslo – with more than 3000 guests and 300 speakers from over 40 countries taking part so far. This is the first time the Summit is held online – and more than 30 speakers will share their perspectives in more than 16 sessions throughout Thursday 8 October.
