In May, SN Power makes its first investment with the acquisition of 30 percent of Nividhu in Sri Lanka. The venture partner (LTL Holdings Ltd) operates the power plants Assupinella and Belihuloya (6 MW).
In November, SN Power enters the Peruvian market through the take-over of Cahua, a company operating four hydropower plants with a total capacity of 90 MW (443 GWh).
