Dividend policy

On 1 November 2023, Scatec’s Board of Directors approved to change the dividend policy to no dividend.

The dividend policy will be assessed annually by the board based on Scatec’s capital situation.

Latest dividend payment:
The Annual General Meeting held on 18 April 2023 approved the proposed dividend of NOK 1.94 per share, the dividend was paid on 11 May 2023.
