SN Power celebrates its 10-year anniversary in June 2012. In the decade since SN Power was established, the company has grown into an important player in emerging markets.
Earlier that year SN Power signs a cooperation agreement with Jackson and Funcef in Brazil. The company also buys 40.65 % of Desenvix in the same country. This company is based in southern part of Brazil with a production portfolio of 221 MW of renewable energy, 116 MW under construction and a large number of projects under development.
Agua Imara and Credicorp Group acquire Hidroelectrica Burica in Panama. The company owns the rights to the Burica project downstream of Bajo Frio.
