Oslo, November 9, 2015: Scatec Solar ASA is contemplating a senior unsecured bond issue with maturity in November 2018. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
DNB Markets, Nordea Markets and Swedbank have been appointed as joint lead managers for the contemplated bond issue.
